Reg­is­tra­tion Information

Man­u­fac­tur­ers, Ser­vice Providers or Autho­rized Suppliers

EDS par­tic­i­pa­tion and reg­is­tra­tion fees are deter­mined by Com­pa­ny type. Due to the nature of EDS, which is not a tra­di­tion­al trade show, all par­tic­i­pants must be approved by EDS Man­age­ment and there are no Show Floor Only or dai­ly attendee options. Staff are reg­is­tered by the Com­pa­ny type, not by their role with­in the Com­pa­ny. If you are new to EDS, please con­tact to request approval.

Every­one in the show area is required to have a valid badge for EDS 2021. Badges will not be mailed out for EDS 2021. They will be avail­able for pick­up in the Reg­is­tra­tion Desk area at the Mirage begin­ning August 30.

Each attendee will be issued 1 badge and replace­ment badges will incur a $25/​badge reprint fee.

The Com­pa­ny types for reg­is­tra­tion are:

  • Man­u­fac­tur­er
  • Ser­vice Provider (com­pa­nies not direct­ly involved in the elec­tron­ics sup­ply chain which pro­vide relat­ed services) 
  • Autho­rized Sup­pli­er (sup­pli­ers of relat­ed com­po­nents such as assem­blies, sen­sors and connectors)
  • Press
  • Dis­trib­u­tor (please pro­vide line card) *see options below
  • Inde­pen­dent Field Sales Rep­re­sen­ta­tives (Reps) *see options below

Man­u­fac­tur­ers, Ser­vice Providers and Autho­rized Sup­pli­ers must pur­chase space or reg­is­ter as Affil­i­ates. Please see the Con­fer­ence and Exhib­it Space Options page for more infor­ma­tion on the dif­fer­ent options.

If you are a staff mem­ber of a Man­u­fac­tur­er who has attend­ed EDS in the past and want to con­firm that you, as an indi­vid­ual, are reg­is­tered, first please con­sult with the Pri­ma­ry Con­tact from your com­pa­ny. Most Man­u­fac­tur­er Pri­ma­ry Con­tacts reg­is­ter all attend­ing staff mem­bers when they pur­chase space.

Dis­trib­u­tors or Inde­pen­dent Field Reps

Dis­trib­u­tors and Reps are eli­gi­ble to attend EDS and the cost for non-mem­ber com­pa­nies is $199 per badge ($250 after August 6, 2021). ECIA, ERA and GEDA mem­bers receive their badges at no cost. The instruc­tions and details on how to reg­is­ter are post­ed on the Reg­is­tra­tion Overview page. If you have attend­ed EDS in the past, you were sent an email in April 2021 with a pass­word to log in. If you did not receive it, please and it can be resent.

If this is your first time to attend EDS, please send your com­pa­ny web site address and line card to the  so that your com­pa­ny pro­file can be reviewed. Once it is approved, you will receive the log in to register.

If you have attend­ed EDS in the past and are not receiv­ing com­mu­ni­ca­tions regard­ing the change in date and oth­er infor­ma­tion, please do the fol­low­ing:

1. Check your Junk or Spam fold­ers

2. Make sure info@​edssummit.​com is list­ed as a safe sender

3. Have your IT depart­ment whitelist info@​edssummit.​com

In addi­tion, make sure that reg­is­tra­tion, space rental and hotel room reser­va­tions are made only through the offi­cial EDS links or through EDS Man­age­ment. There are many fraud­u­lent com­pa­nies aggres­sive­ly con­tact­ing peo­ple and offer­ing to book hotel rooms or pro­vide reg­is­tra­tion at a dis­count­ed rate — these are scams — do not respond to them. If you have booked through an out­side ven­dor, dis­pute the charge with your cred­it card com­pa­ny and rebook through EDS Man­age­ment. EDS does not autho­rize or sell con­tact lists or book space through third parties. 

If a third par­ty con­tacts you, please noti­fy EDS man­age­ment.
