I am unable to log in to the portal to see who else is attending, can you please advise? We have three people attending, but only one log in.

We have moved Who’s Here to the EDS web­site on the Who’s Here page. It should be vis­i­ble to all your staff and is up-to-date as of March 2025.

We originally planned on booking a hotel room suite but we were told they were all gone and we would have to rent a euro suite on the main floor. We would much rather have a hotel suite. I would think being able to login would help me to understand availability?

Can we pre-order to-go lunch for 10-15 people from the Connections Café? If not, are there any restaurants we could order lunch to-go from?

The Con­nec­tions Café is not a din­ing spot — it is a gath­er­ing spot for EDS atten­dees. There are many lunch options direct­ly below the show venue you can order from.

You can also pre­-order lunch from any of the hotel out­lets on the Grub­Hub App and your order will be deliv­ered to a lock­er that you can pick­up quick­ly. The app will have instruc­tions on how to con­duct this process and the lock­ers for pick­ing up your food are near the reg­is­tra­tion desk.

I just tried to book a room from the EDS link and it's showing no rooms are available. Is that correct?

There are rooms still avail­able. How­ev­er, there is lim­it­ed avail­abil­i­ty for the week­end pri­or to EDS. We sug­gest try­ing to book week­end rooms sep­a­rate­ly from your room dur­ing the week due to the avail­abil­i­ty being in two sep­a­rate towers.

Will the Spark program be different than last year? Meaning, is it an extension of last year's event?

The Spark pro­gram this year will focus on the indus­try in gen­er­al, pro­fes­sion­al devel­op­ment and how to be effec­tive at EDS.

When will the menus be available for ordering food for suite meetings and other meeting room spaces?

Once your logis­tics form has been filled out, your infor­ma­tion will be shared with the hotel and they will reach out to you direct­ly with menu’s and pric­ing. We have been hold­ing off on send­ing logis­tics forms to the hotel for the time being to let them get through the reser­va­tion migra­tion with their cur­rent groups on-site. Please give them a few weeks to receive the infor­ma­tion and reach out to you.

When can we expect to hear back about our registration request?

Please allow 3 – 5 busi­ness days for the review of an appli­ca­tion to par­tic­i­pate at EDS.

Do we use our own calendar for meeting registrations, or does the website have a meeting calendar that we use?

The web­site does not have a cal­en­dar, so please use the plan­ning sys­tem that works best for you.

Have the catering menus and AV orders info been shared yet?

The logis­tics form link is sent out once your space reg­is­tra­tion has been paid in full. Once you fill out the logis­tics form, that infor­ma­tion will be shared with the hotel and they will reach out to you direct­ly with cater­ing menu’s. The AV order form is also post­ed on the logis­tics form with instruc­tions on how to sub­mit it to the hotel. We have held off on send­ing the logis­tics forms to the hotel to allow them to get through the reser­va­tion migra­tion with their groups cur­rent­ly in-house. Please give them a few weeks to reach out once your logis­tics form has been submitted.
