Excitement is building for the 2025 EDS Leadership Summit at Resorts World! Preparation is everything at EDS, and there are a few key things you need to know to make your experience successful. - I am unable to log in to the portal to see who else is attending, can you please advise? We have three people attending, but only one log in.
- We originally planned on booking a hotel room suite but we were told they were all gone and we would have to rent a euro suite on the main floor. We would much rather have a hotel suite. I would think being able to login would help me to understand availability?
- Can we pre-order to-go lunch for 10-15 people from the Connections Café? If not, are there any restaurants we could order lunch to-go from?
- I just tried to book a room from the EDS link and it's showing no rooms are available. Is that correct?
- Will the Spark program be different than last year? Meaning, is it an extension of last year's event?
- When will the menus be available for ordering food for suite meetings and other meeting room spaces?
- When can we expect to hear back about our registration request?
- Do we use our own calendar for meeting registrations, or does the website have a meeting calendar that we use?
- Have the catering menus and AV orders info been shared yet?

We have moved Who’s Here to the EDS website on the Who’s Here page. It should be visible to all your staff and is up-to-date as of March 2025.

Hotel suites are still available. Please reach out to info@edssummit.com and we can assist with getting you set up with meeting space as well as assist with the login issue.

The Connections Café is not a dining spot — it is a gathering spot for EDS attendees. There are many lunch options directly below the show venue you can order from.
You can also pre-order lunch from any of the hotel outlets on the GrubHub App and your order will be delivered to a locker that you can pickup quickly. The app will have instructions on how to conduct this process and the lockers for picking up your food are near the registration desk.
TopI just tried to book a room from the EDS link and it's showing no rooms are available. Is that correct?
There are rooms still available. However, there is limited availability for the weekend prior to EDS. We suggest trying to book weekend rooms separately from your room during the week due to the availability being in two separate towers.
TopWill the Spark program be different than last year? Meaning, is it an extension of last year's event?
The Spark program this year will focus on the industry in general, professional development and how to be effective at EDS.
TopWhen will the menus be available for ordering food for suite meetings and other meeting room spaces?
Once your logistics form has been filled out, your information will be shared with the hotel and they will reach out to you directly with menu’s and pricing. We have been holding off on sending logistics forms to the hotel for the time being to let them get through the reservation migration with their current groups on-site. Please give them a few weeks to receive the information and reach out to you.

Please allow 3 – 5 business days for the review of an application to participate at EDS.

The website does not have a calendar, so please use the planning system that works best for you.
TopHave the catering menus and AV orders info been shared yet?
The logistics form link is sent out once your space registration has been paid in full. Once you fill out the logistics form, that information will be shared with the hotel and they will reach out to you directly with catering menu’s. The AV order form is also posted on the logistics form with instructions on how to submit it to the hotel. We have held off on sending the logistics forms to the hotel to allow them to get through the reservation migration with their groups currently in-house. Please give them a few weeks to reach out once your logistics form has been submitted.
