As the Leadership Summit approaches, please remember that badges are needed for access to all areas of EDS at Resorts World, including suites.
- Double-check to make sure you ordered a badge when you registered. Badges will not be mailed out prior to EDS.
- You can pick up your badge at the Registration desk in the Promenade on the 2nd floor conference area (You will not need a QR code to claim your badge).
- Keep track of your badge. The replacement fee is $150.
- Badges will be required for entry to all EDS venues and events. Anyone without a badge will not be allowed to enter. This includes anyone who will be attending your meetings.
Resorts World will also be providing attendees with wristbands that will be needed to access floors other than your own. If you will be attending meetings in hotel suites, make sure to always wear your wristband.
Important Registration Information:
If you are a Rep or Distributor and you used the online registration system – you are all set. If you haven't registered yet, please register before you get onsite using the online registration system, so that you can expedite your badge pickup. You will need the passcode that was sent out in mid-January.
If your company has space at EDS 2025 (Hotel Suite, Meeting Room, Booth or other space in the Lily Ballroom) or is a Manufacturer with no space, your company contact should access the company record to see the list of registered staff members. All names listed will have badges generated. To access a company record, you will need the email used on the main registration and the personal password.
