EDS Pol­i­cy on Mis­use / Mis­han­dling of Badges

ELEC­TRON­IC DIS­TRI­B­U­TION SHOW 2027

OFFI­CIAL EVENT BADGE & CRE­DEN­TIAL POLICY

IMPOR­TANT NOTICE: Please read this Offi­cial Event Badge & Cre­den­tial Pol­i­cy (“Pol­i­cy”) care­ful­ly. By com­plet­ing reg­is­tra­tion, check­ing the accep­tance box, receiv­ing an event cre­den­tial, or enter­ing Elec­tron­ic Dis­tri­b­u­tion Show 2027 (“EDS 2027”) premis­es at Resorts World Las Vegas, you (“Par­tic­i­pant”) agree to strict­ly com­ply with all cre­den­tial guide­lines enforced by Elec­tron­ic Dis­tri­b­u­tion Show Cor­po­ra­tion (“EDSC”).

1. Manda­to­ry Cre­den­tial Requirement

All par­tic­i­pants, exhibitors, atten­dees, and per­son­nel must be offi­cial­ly reg­is­tered with EDSC to receive an event badge. Offi­cial event badges must be clear­ly dis­played and worn at all times to gain access to EDS 2027 meet­ing spaces, exhib­it halls, net­work­ing func­tions, and offi­cial activ­i­ties. Access will be denied to any indi­vid­ual not dis­play­ing a valid badge.

1. Eli­gi­bil­i­ty & Cre­den­tial Issuance

Badges will only be issued to direct employ­ees or ver­i­fied autho­rized rep­re­sen­ta­tives of reg­is­tered com­pa­nies. Reg­is­tered com­pa­nies are strict­ly pro­hib­it­ed from attempt­ing to cre­den­tial, reg­is­ter, or trans­fer badges to non-employ­ees or unau­tho­rized third par­ties. Each reg­is­tered indi­vid­ual will be issued exact­ly one (1) non-trans­fer­able offi­cial badge.

1. Replace­ment Fee for Lost or Mis­placed Badges

Lost, stolen, or mis­placed badges will only be reprint­ed and reis­sued upon pay­ment of a non-refund­able one-hun­dred-fifty-dol­lar ($150.00 USD) badge reprint fee, along with ver­i­fi­ca­tion of gov­ern­ment-issued pho­to identification.

1. Own­er­ship & Revo­ca­tion Rights

All badges remain the exclu­sive prop­er­ty of EDSC and must be sur­ren­dered imme­di­ate­ly upon request. EDSC reserves the absolute right, in its sole dis­cre­tion, to deny entry to, revoke the cre­den­tial of, or imme­di­ate­ly escort from the premis­es any indi­vid­ual whose con­duct is incom­pat­i­ble with the char­ac­ter, pur­pose, or pro­fes­sion­al stan­dards of EDS 2027, or who fails to com­ply with event poli­cies or law.

1. Strict Pro­hi­bi­tion on Badge Mis­use, Shar­ing & Misrepresentation

Shar­ing, swap­ping, sell­ing, repro­duc­ing, fal­si­fy­ing, or mis­us­ing event cre­den­tials is strict­ly for­bid­den. EDSC reserves the right to deny entry or remove any indi­vid­ual who gains or attempts to gain access under false pre­tens­es, pro­vides fraud­u­lent infor­ma­tion, or facil­i­tates unau­tho­rized atten­dance. Any indi­vid­ual or orga­ni­za­tion caught vio­lat­ing these terms will be sub­ject to imme­di­ate badge revo­ca­tion, removal from EDS 2027 with­out refund, and poten­tial ban from future EDSC events.
