EDS Policy on Misuse / Mishandling of Badges
ELECTRONIC DISTRIBUTION SHOW 2027
OFFICIAL EVENT BADGE & CREDENTIAL POLICY
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read this Official Event Badge & Credential Policy (“Policy”) carefully. By completing registration, checking the acceptance box, receiving an event credential, or entering Electronic Distribution Show 2027 (“EDS 2027”) premises at Resorts World Las Vegas, you (“Participant”) agree to strictly comply with all credential guidelines enforced by Electronic Distribution Show Corporation (“EDSC”).
- Mandatory Credential Requirement
All participants, exhibitors, attendees, and personnel must be officially registered with EDSC to receive an event badge. Official event badges must be clearly displayed and worn at all times to gain access to EDS 2027 meeting spaces, exhibit halls, networking functions, and official activities. Access will be denied to any individual not displaying a valid badge.
- Eligibility & Credential Issuance
Badges will only be issued to direct employees or verified authorized representatives of registered companies. Registered companies are strictly prohibited from attempting to credential, register, or transfer badges to non-employees or unauthorized third parties. Each registered individual will be issued exactly one (1) non-transferable official badge.
- Replacement Fee for Lost or Misplaced Badges
Lost, stolen, or misplaced badges will only be reprinted and reissued upon payment of a non-refundable one-hundred-fifty-dollar ($150.00 USD) badge reprint fee, along with verification of government-issued photo identification.
- Ownership & Revocation Rights
All badges remain the exclusive property of EDSC and must be surrendered immediately upon request. EDSC reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to deny entry to, revoke the credential of, or immediately escort from the premises any individual whose conduct is incompatible with the character, purpose, or professional standards of EDS 2027, or who fails to comply with event policies or law.
- Strict Prohibition on Badge Misuse, Sharing & Misrepresentation
Sharing, swapping, selling, reproducing, falsifying, or misusing event credentials is strictly forbidden. EDSC reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual who gains or attempts to gain access under false pretenses, provides fraudulent information, or facilitates unauthorized attendance. Any individual or organization caught violating these terms will be subject to immediate badge revocation, removal from EDS 2027 without refund, and potential ban from future EDSC events.
