Welcome to EDS Registration
REGISTRATION FOR EDS IS CURRENTLY CLOSED. REGISTRATION FOR MANUFACTURERS OR COMPANIES WANTING MEETING SPACE AT EDS 2025 WILL OPEN IN THE FALL OF 2024. REGISTRATION FOR DISTRIBUTOR AND REP COMPANIES NOT NEEDING SPACE AT EDS 2025 WILL OPEN IN JANUARY 2025.
EDS is not a typical trade show — companies are required to be approved before attending. Please see Registration Information to determine how your company may participate.
Registration for EDS 2025 will open in phases. Companies who have had space at EDS in the past will be contacted in November 2024 to sign up for EDS 2025. Attendee registration (Distributors and Independent Reps ONLY) begins in mid-January 2025.
- IF YOUR COMPANY HAS NEVER ATTENDED EDS AND YOU ARE REQUESTING BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVAL, please CLICK HERE to fill out your information that will be reviewed for participation. Companies attending EDS must be approved for attendance at EDS by the EDS Board of Directors or their representative and the review process will begin in SEPTEMBER 2024. The form is for COMPANY APPROVAL, not individual registrations. Please submit 1 form per company. If your company is approved, you will be provided with additional information about participation options and you may register staff at that point.
- IF YOU ARE A RETURNING COMPANY REQUESTING SPACE AT EDS 2025, an invitation email will be sent in November 2024 or you may contact info@edssummit.com for inquiries regarding new space options. Please note that EDS Management office hours are M‑F 9 am — 5 pm (CT). Also note that space requests will not be processed until fall of 2024 and space assignments are at the sole discretion of EDS Management.
As a reminder, everyone in the Show Area must display an EDS badge at all times. Please make sure that everyone you are meeting with is aware of this policy.
More information about EDS 2025 will come out over the next few months — make sure that you have info@edssummit.com listed as a safe sender to get the most up-to-date information. EDS Management business hours are 9 am — 5 pm (CT) M‑F. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response.

Membership status in ECIA and ERA will be verified to receive Member rates. Member rates are based on membership status AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. If your membership has lapsed and you would like to rejoin one of the associations, please contact ECIA or ERA directly to discuss before you register.
