EDS is not a typ­i­cal trade show — com­pa­nies are required to be approved before attend­ing and not all com­pa­nies wish­ing to attend will qual­i­fy. Please see Reg­is­tra­tion Infor­ma­tion to deter­mine if and how your com­pa­ny may participate.

• IF YOUR COM­PA­NY HAS NEV­ER ATTEND­ED EDS AND YOU ARE REQUEST­ING BOARD OF DIREC­TORS APPROVAL, please CLICK HERE to fill out your infor­ma­tion that will be reviewed for par­tic­i­pa­tion. Please do not use this form if you have reg­is­tered for EDS in the past and want to request space (see instruc­tions below). Com­pa­nies attend­ing EDS must be approved for atten­dance at EDS by the EDS Board of Direc­tors or their rep­re­sen­ta­tive. The form is for COM­PA­NY APPROVAL, not indi­vid­ual reg­is­tra­tions. Please sub­mit 1 form per com­pa­ny. If your com­pa­ny is approved, you will be pro­vid­ed with addi­tion­al infor­ma­tion about par­tic­i­pa­tion options and you may reg­is­ter staff at that point.

• IF YOU ARE A RETURN­ING COM­PA­NY REQUEST­ING SPACE AT EDS 2025, please CLICK HERE and enter your email address and pass­word from last year. You do not need to cre­ate a new reg­is­tra­tion and if you do not remem­ber your pass­word, you may reset it from the login page. Once in the sys­tem, you will see a ques­tion to con­firm that your infor­ma­tion is cor­rect and a text box where you can type in your space request for EDS 2025. 

Please note that space assign­ments are at the sole dis­cre­tion of EDS Man­age­ment.

As a reminder, every­one in the Show Area must dis­play an EDS badge at all times. Please make sure that every­one you are meet­ing with is aware of this policy.

More infor­ma­tion about EDS 2025 will come out over the next few months — make sure that you have info@​edssummit.​com list­ed as a safe sender to get the most up-to-date infor­ma­tion. EDS Man­age­ment busi­ness hours are 9 am — 5 pm (ET) M‑F. Please allow up to 2 – 3 busi­ness days for a response.

Mem­ber­ship sta­tus in ECIA and ERA will be ver­i­fied to receive Mem­ber rates. Mem­ber rates are based on mem­ber­ship sta­tus AT THE TIME OF REG­IS­TRA­TION. If your mem­ber­ship has lapsed and you would like to rejoin one of the asso­ci­a­tions, please con­tact ECIA or ERA direct­ly to dis­cuss before you register.
