EDS is not a typical trade show — companies are required to be approved before attending and not all companies wishing to attend will qualify. Please see Registration Information to determine if and how your company may participate.
EDS Management business hours are 9 am — 5 pm (ET) M‑F. Please allow up to 2 – 3 business days for a response.
- IF YOUR COMPANY HAS NEVER ATTENDED EDS AND YOU ARE REQUESTING BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVAL, please CLICK HERE to fill out your information that will be reviewed for participation. Please do not use this form if you have registered for EDS in the past and want to request space (see instructions below). Companies attending EDS must be approved for attendance at EDS by the EDS Board of Directors or their representative. The form is for COMPANY APPROVAL, not individual registrations. Please submit 1 form per company. If your company is approved, you will be provided with additional information about participation options and you may register staff at that point.
- IF YOU ARE A RETURNING COMPANY REQUESTING SPACE AT EDS 2025, please CLICK HERE and enter your email address and password from last year. You do not need to create a new registration and if you do not remember your password, you may reset it from the login page. Once in the system, you will see a question to confirm that your information is correct and a text box where you can type in your space request for EDS 2025.
Please note that space assignments are at the sole discretion of EDS Management.
As a reminder, everyone in the Show Area must display an EDS badge at all times. Please make sure that everyone you are meeting with is aware of this policy.

Membership status in ECIA and ERA will be verified to receive Member rates. Member rates are based on membership status AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. If your membership has lapsed and you would like to rejoin one of the associations, please contact ECIA or ERA directly to discuss before you register.
