They are NOT an autho­rized agent of EDS. If you book space through them, EDS Man­age­ment will not be able to assist if you run into prob­lems. The only way to reserve rooms at the EDS Sum­mit and to get the spe­cial reduced rate is through EDS, using the emailed link and pass­word you receive when you register.

The reser­va­tion link for book­ing sleep­ing rooms at Resorts World Las Vegas will be sent out when it becomes available.

    The spe­cial rate at Resorts World is avail­able to EDS par­tic­i­pants only. You must be reg­is­tered for EDS to receive the unique link to reserve guest rooms at this spe­cial rate and this link will be sent to you after your EDS 2025 reg­is­tra­tion is received and processed. Resorts World will not take reser­va­tions at the EDS rate over the phone. Reser­va­tions for sleep­ing rooms are made through the Resorts World reser­va­tion sys­tem and any changes to sleep­ing room reser­va­tions must be made through that sys­tem, not through EDS Management.
