Par­tic­i­pa­tion Options for Dis­trib­u­tor Companies

Dis­trib­u­tor com­pa­nies attend­ing EDS must demon­strate that they derive more than 50% of their rev­enue from the con­trac­tu­al­ly autho­rized sale of elec­tron­ic com­po­nents and/​or relat­ed technologies/​parts. See EDS Par­tic­i­pa­tion Policy

Dis­trib­u­tor com­pa­nies have the fol­low­ing par­tic­i­pa­tion options:

• MAY attend as an Attendee (no charge for ECIA/ERA mem­bers*, Non Mem­bers $500 per person)
• MAY rent space for pri­vate meet­ings (see week­ly space options of Hotel Suites, Exec­u­tive Meet­ing Rooms and Con­fer­ence and Exhib­it Space Options). Dai­ly and half day options may also be available.
• MAY be an EDS Spon­sor (see Spon­sor­ship Options)

*Dis­trib­u­tor and Rep­re­sen­ta­tive mem­bers of ECIA/ERA have their attendee badge charges cov­ered by their membership.

As a reminder, every­one in the Show Area must dis­play an EDS badge at all times. Please make sure that every­one you are meet­ing with is aware of this policy.
