EDS Participation
EDS is not a traditional trade show – it is 4 days of primarily pre-scheduled meetings in a venue dedicated to maximizing access to the companies that make up the authorized manufacture, distribution and sale of electronic components. Companies are required to be approved before attending EDS and the cost of attending EDS is based on company designation.
To ensure participant safety and to ensure the integrity of EDS, badges are required to be displayed at all times while in the event area and are issued by company type. Please make sure that everyone you are meeting with is aware of this policy. Badge pricing is inclusive, for all days of the event, and for access to all public EDS events and spaces, including Connections Café. Attendees will pick up badges at the Registration Desk. NOTE: Each attendee will be issued 1 badge. Replacement badges will incur a $150/badge reprint charge.
Please support the EDS mission and only schedule appointments with companies that comply with the EDS Participation Policy and have been approved to attend EDS.
For companies who have previously attended EDS, registration information will be sent out in November 2024 for companies reserving space at EDS 2025 and in February 2025 for Attendee registration. Make sure that you have info@edssummit.com listed as a safe sender to get the most up-to-date information.
IF YOUR COMPANY HAS NEVER ATTENDED EDS AND YOU ARE REQUESTING BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVAL, please CLICK HERE to fill out your information that will be reviewed for participation. Companies attending EDS must be approved for attendance at EDS by the EDS Board of Directors and the review process will begin in October 2024.

If you have attended EDS in the past and are not receiving communications, please do the following:
- Check your Junk or Spam folders
- Make sure info@edssummit.com is listed as a safe sender
- Have your IT department whitelist info@edssummit.com

In addition, make sure that registration, space rental and hotel room reservations are made only through the official EDS links or through EDS Management. There are many fraudulent companies aggressively contacting people and offering to book hotel rooms or provide registration at a discounted rate — these are scams — do not respond to them. If you have booked through an outside vendor, dispute the charge with your credit card company and rebook through EDS Management. EDS does not authorize or sell contact lists or book space through third parties and EDS Management will be unable to assist in the event of a dispute for any rooms not booked through the link provided at registration.
