EDS 2025 REGISTRATION

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO DISTRIBUTOR AND REP COMPANIES WHO HAVE ATTENDED EDS IN THE PAST.

Distributors and Reps who have previously attended EDS will receive an email in mid-January 2025 with the special password phrase that is needed to begin the registration process. Check your inbox and spam folder for a Registration is Now Open to Distributors and Representatives email. EDS Management business hours are 9 am - 5 pm (ET) M-F. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response.

Why do I need an invitation and special password phrase to register?

The special online registration link and password phrase is used to maintain the integrity of the EDS event and to only allow authorized companies to register. Your cooperation and support of the EDS Mission is greatly appreciated.

Manufacturer companies, Service Providers and Rep and Distributor companies who have never registered to attend EDS should consult the Registration Information page for participation options and registration dates. If you have attended in the past but did not receive an invitation, it is likely that there is not a personal email address on file (your company may have registered you as part of a group) and the invitation was not sent. Please use THIS LINK to request to be added to EDS communications and an invitation will be sent.

Important Notes:

Everyone in the show are must register or they will not be admitted to any meetings or events.
Registration should be completed BEFORE you get to Las Vegas to allow you to use expedited pickup for your badge.
If you are a member of ECIA or ERA, please make sure that you are a member in good standing BEFORE registering for EDS in order to receive the Member rate.
Only register one time - duplicate registrations will be removed. IF YOUR COMPANY HAS AN EXECUTIVE MEETING ROOM, HOTEL MEETING SUITE OR SPACE IN THE LILY BALLROOM, DO NOT REGISTER HERE. YOU WILL BE BADGED UNDER YOUR COMPANY'S SPACE REGISTRATION.
Register using your individual company email address. Registrations with duplicate email addresses, blank email addresses or email addresses that do not match the registered company’s domain will not be processed.
The password phrase that you need is in the invitation email - please use that and not a personal password from a previous registration.
