REG­IS­TRA­TION FOR EDS IS CUR­RENT­LY CLOSED. REG­IS­TRA­TION FOR MAN­U­FAC­TUR­ERS OR COM­PA­NIES WANT­I­NG MEET­ING SPACE AT EDS 2025 WILL OPEN IN THE FALL OF 2024. REG­IS­TRA­TION FOR DIS­TRIB­U­TOR AND REP COM­PA­NIES NOT NEED­ING SPACE AT EDS 2025 WILL OPEN IN JAN­U­ARY 2025.

EDS is not a typ­i­cal trade show — com­pa­nies are required to be approved before attend­ing. Please see Reg­is­tra­tion Infor­ma­tion to deter­mine how your com­pa­ny may participate.

Reg­is­tra­tion for EDS 2025 will open in phas­es. Com­pa­nies who have had space at EDS in the past will be con­tact­ed in Novem­ber 2024 to sign up for EDS 2025. Attendee reg­is­tra­tion (Dis­trib­u­tors and Inde­pen­dent Reps ONLY) begins in mid-Jan­u­ary 2025.

• IF YOUR COM­PA­NY HAS NEV­ER ATTEND­ED EDS AND YOU ARE REQUEST­ING BOARD OF DIREC­TORS APPROVAL, please CLICK HERE to fill out your infor­ma­tion that will be reviewed for par­tic­i­pa­tion. Com­pa­nies attend­ing EDS must be approved for atten­dance at EDS by the EDS Board of Direc­tors or their rep­re­sen­ta­tive and the review process will begin in SEP­TEM­BER 2024. The form is for COM­PA­NY APPROVAL, not indi­vid­ual reg­is­tra­tions. Please sub­mit 1 form per com­pa­ny. If your com­pa­ny is approved, you will be pro­vid­ed with addi­tion­al infor­ma­tion about par­tic­i­pa­tion options and you may reg­is­ter staff at that point.

• IF YOU ARE A RETURN­ING COM­PA­NY REQUEST­ING SPACE AT EDS 2025, an invi­ta­tion email will be sent in Novem­ber 2024 or you may con­tact info@​edssummit.​com for inquiries regard­ing new space options. Please note that EDS Man­age­ment office hours are M‑F 9 am — 5 pm (CT). Also note that space requests will not be processed until fall of 2024 and space assign­ments are at the sole dis­cre­tion of EDS Management.
