ECIA and ERA mem­ber com­pa­nies receive spe­cial Mem­ber rates for EDS 2026 reg­is­tra­tion. Mem­ber rates are based on mem­ber­ship sta­tus AT THE TIME OF REG­IS­TRA­TION. If your mem­ber­ship has lapsed and you would like to rejoin one of the asso­ci­a­tions, please con­tact ECIA or ERA direct­ly to discuss.

Impor­tant EDS 2026 Dates (Esti­mat­ed)

Octo­ber 20, 2025 — com­pa­nies who pre­vi­ous­ly rent­ed space at EDS and par­tic­i­pat­ed in Ear­ly Sign Up will be con­tact­ed by EDS Management

Novem­ber 15, 2025 — Gen­er­al space reg­is­tra­tion opens

Decem­ber 15, 2025 — Ear­ly Bird pay­ment dead­line (unpaid space may be released)

Mid Jan­u­ary 2026 — pre­vi­ous Dis­trib­u­tor and Rep atten­dees con­tact­ed via email with reg­is­tra­tion information

Feb­ru­ary 2026 — reg­is­tra­tion open for all Exhibitors and Attendees 

March 1, 2026 — final pay­ments due on space for EDS 2026

March 13, 2026 — last day for refund on space rentals

April 11, 2026— last day for refund on attendee registration

April 14, 2026 — late reg­is­tra­tion fees apply

April 23, 2026 — last day to make sleep­ing room reser­va­tions at Resorts World

May 18 – 23, 2026 — EDS 2026

Com­pa­nies that have nev­er reg­is­tered for EDS must apply for approval before registering.

NOTE: Com­pa­nies who have been pre­vi­ous­ly been approved and reg­is­tered do not need to reap­ply each year.
