Reg­is­tra­tion for EDS 2019 will open in ear­ly 2019.

Attendee reg­is­tra­tion is avail­able for dis­trib­u­tors and reps only. If you are a man­u­fac­tur­er, sup­pli­er, press or oth­er please con­tact Show Man­ag­er Gretchen Oie at gretchen@​edssummit.​com.

The first step will be to locate your com­pa­ny in the data­base. Find your com­pa­ny and click on it. Check to make sure you have the prop­er reg­is­tra­tion cat­e­go­ry i.e. dis­trib­u­tor mem­ber, non mem­ber, etc. If this is not cor­rect, please send an email to gretchen@​edssummit.​com.

The cost to attend is $60 per per­son for non mem­bers. Dis­trib­u­tor or Rep Mem­bers of ECIA or ERA are no charge. Man­u­fac­tur­ers or sup­pli­ers must reg­is­ter as Affil­i­ates which is $750 for ECIA or ERA mem­bers and $800 for Non Mem­bers. Man­u­fac­tur­ers or sup­pli­ers that have space reserved should not reg­is­ter using this process.

Enter the num­ber of peo­ple from your com­pa­ny that are attend­ing EDS.

Select the peo­ple who are attend­ing from the drop down menu. Update their pro­file includ­ing title, email, phone, etc.

Con­tin­ue until you have select­ed every­one that is attend­ing and hit submit.

Process the pay­ment (if any) as appro­pri­ate. After you have com­plet­ed this process you will receive an email with the con­fir­ma­tion and infor­ma­tion on how to reserve hotel rooms.
