Hotel Meeting Suites
Hotel Meeting Suites are available for weekly rental during EDS and are used for daily private business meetings. These suites are located in the Conrad Tower at Resorts World.
Hotel Meeting Suites are ideal for companies with established distribution networks to:
- Host private, professional meetings
- Conduct individual or group presentations
- Invite key channel partners
Note: Hotel Meeting Suites are separate from individual guest rooms. Booking information for guest rooms will be included in each registration confirmation email. Attendees must be registered for EDS to access the booking link and receive the EDS-negotiated hotel rate.
Suite Assignment and Check-In
Suite numbers will be finalized by late December. If you request the same suite as last year, we’ll do our best to match the layout — even if the exact suite number changes. Final assignments may be adjusted by Resorts World due to factors outside of EDS Management’s control.
Hotel Meeting Suites now include Sunday check-in. Hotel check-in begins at 4:00pm, but Resorts World will not guarantee a 4:00pm check-in. Early check-in on Sunday is not available.
Including Sunday check-in for all Meeting Suites does not require you to arrive on Sunday, but it affords you the option of checking-in any time after 4:00pm Sunday and ensures your Suite will be available and ready for you to check-in any time on Monday.

Resort fee covers: in-room and public-space Wi-Fi, fitness center access, boarding pass printing, and unlimited local/toll-free calls.
Badge Policy
Everyone entering show areas — including Meeting Suites, elevators, and Connections Café — must wear a valid EDS badge.
- Each registered attendee receives one badge
- Replacement badges cost $150 each
- Pick up all badges at the Registration Desk
How to Reserve a Suite
Reservations open in November.
- If your company has rented suites before, you’ll be contacted directly by EDS Management.
- If your company has attended EDS but never rented a suite before, email info@edssummit.com to request one.
- If your company is new to EDS, fill out this form to request approval to attend EDS202.
