Hotel Meet­ing Suites

Hotel Meet­ing Suites are avail­able for week­ly rental dur­ing EDS and are used for dai­ly pri­vate busi­ness meet­ings. These suites are locat­ed in the Con­rad Tow­er at Resorts World.

Hotel Meet­ing Suites are ide­al for com­pa­nies with estab­lished dis­tri­b­u­tion net­works to:

  • Host pri­vate, pro­fes­sion­al meetings
  • Con­duct indi­vid­ual or group presentations
  • Invite key chan­nel partners

Note: Hotel Meet­ing Suites are sep­a­rate from indi­vid­ual guest rooms. Book­ing infor­ma­tion for guest rooms will be includ­ed in each reg­is­tra­tion con­fir­ma­tion email. Atten­dees must be reg­is­tered for EDS to access the book­ing link and receive the EDS-nego­ti­at­ed hotel rate.


Suite Assign­ment and Check-In

Suite num­bers will be final­ized by late Decem­ber. If you request the same suite as last year, we’ll do our best to match the lay­out — even if the exact suite num­ber changes. Final assign­ments may be adjust­ed by Resorts World due to fac­tors out­side of EDS Management’s control.

Hotel Meet­ing Suites now include Sun­day check-in. Hotel check-in begins at 4:00pm, but Resorts World will not guar­an­tee a 4:00pm check-in. Ear­ly check-in on Sun­day is not available. 

Includ­ing Sun­day check-in for all Meet­ing Suites does not require you to arrive on Sun­day, but it affords you the option of check­ing-in any time after 4:00pm Sun­day and ensures your Suite will be avail­able and ready for you to check-in any time on Monday.

Resort fee cov­ers: in-room and pub­lic-space Wi-Fi, fit­ness cen­ter access, board­ing pass print­ing, and unlim­it­ed local/­toll-free calls.


Badge Pol­i­cy

Every­one enter­ing show areas — includ­ing Meet­ing Suites, ele­va­tors, and Con­nec­tions Café — must wear a valid EDS badge.

  • Each reg­is­tered attendee receives one badge
  • Replace­ment badges cost $150 each
  • Pick up all badges at the Reg­is­tra­tion Desk

How to Reserve a Suite

Reser­va­tions open in Novem­ber.

  • If your com­pa­ny has rent­ed suites before, you’ll be con­tact­ed direct­ly by EDS Management.
  • If your com­pa­ny has attend­ed EDS but nev­er rent­ed a suite before, email info@​edssummit.​com to request one.
  • If your com­pa­ny is new to EDS, fill out this form to request approval to attend EDS202.
