Online reg­is­tra­tion is now open for Dis­trib­u­tor and Rep com­pa­nies that have attend­ed EDS in the past. Pre­vi­ous atten­dees from approved com­pa­nies should have received an email on Jan­u­ary 12, 2026 with the sub­ject ​“Reg­is­tra­tion is Now Open to Dis­trib­u­tors and Rep­re­sen­ta­tives”. If you have reg­is­tered for EDS in the past and have an email address on file and do not see that invi­ta­tion email, please check your Junk or Spam fold­er. To have the email resent, please con­tact EDS Man­age­ment.

How to Register

  1. Locate your invi­ta­tion email with the sub­ject: ​“Reg­is­tra­tion is Now Open to Dis­trib­u­tors and Rep­re­sen­ta­tives”.
  2. Fol­low the link and instruc­tions in the invi­ta­tion email. Note: The Resorts World reser­va­tion link will be pro­vid­ed in your con­fir­ma­tion.

Impor­tant Notes

  • Every­one in the show area must be reg­is­tered to attend meet­ings or events.
  • Reg­is­ter before arriv­ing in Las Vegas to use expe­dit­ed badge pickup.
  • ECIA/ERA mem­bers: ensure your mem­ber­ship is in good stand­ing before reg­is­ter­ing to receive the mem­ber rate.
  • Only reg­is­ter once — dupli­cate reg­is­tra­tions will be removed.
  • If your com­pa­ny has an Exec­u­tive Meet­ing Room, Hotel Meet­ing Suite, or Lily Ball­room space, do not reg­is­ter here — you will be badged under your company’s space registration.
  • Use your indi­vid­ual com­pa­ny email address; dupli­cate, blank, or non-com­pa­ny address­es will not be processed.
