Because of the out­stand­ing suc­cess of the vir­tu­al­ pro­grams in 2020 and 2021, the SPARK 1.0 Pro­fes­sion­al Devel­op­ment Pro­gram will return as a vir­tu­al pro­gram after EDS this year. This week­ly SPARK pro­gram intro­duces your most tal­ent­ed peo­ple into EDS and gives them new com­pe­ten­cies to grow their careers. The vir­tu­al pro­gram will begin on May 18^th this year.
